If a registered manual worker dies naturally, the Labour Officer (Social Security Scheme) of the respective district, after due verification, shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the nominee of the deceased construction worker.
Application should be in form - D in Schedule II and shall be accompanied by the death certificate and original Identity Card (Clause 14A, of T.N.C.W.W.Scheme, 1994)
