Three types of programmes are conducted viz.

Training Programmes / seminars on various labour related issues in collaboration with V.V. Giri National Labour Institute and ILO.
Training Programmes for the officials of the Labour and Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health Department on conciliation, enforcement, quasi-judicial, etc
Training Programmes for Trade Union Leaders, Traders and HR officials of Factories on Labour and Factory laws applicable for the Industries and Factories.
